I bought a MICRO SPRITE scooter for adults (for £54)and was not happy with it, it feels too wobbly. When I wanted to change it to the Micro compact Kickboard (£109), they asked me whether or not I had used it outside. I was honest and said, yes, but only briefly.
This meant,I could not return the item and even if I wanted to send it in for a check, whether a clicking noise I heard was normal or not, I was asked to do this at my own cost.
If there is a fault, I would then be refunded, but if not, I would have to pay extra postage twice and then try to sell it on myself - which to me feels like throwing good money after bad. Even if refund is not possible - after one use! - it would be a matter of courtesy to offer me a postage for the check-up on the item. This made me particularly angry, after I had recently purchased three Maxi-Micro scooters for my children for £300 altogether. Regarding those I must admit, after there was a clear fault with one of them, the exchange was easy and without a hassle.
