Responses to enquiries about the whereabouts of my order ranged from cryptic to rude. A dozen emails and no straight answer to what I consider to be a fairly reasonable question "when will it arrive?". Wouldn't even say whether it had been sent or how it would be sent.
Very frustrating. Have had to order from someone else that I know will deliver just to make sure it's here for a trip away.
A bit of google research will show that the shop is well known amongst the cycling fraternity for terrible service - wish I'd done this before ordering!
