The level of customer service is shocking! Miserable signs plaster the front window advertising their unhelpfulness and overall lack of friendliness - what sort of bike shop doesn't lend you a pump when you have a flat tyre and have purchased new ones from them?! Absolute loosers! Miserable unhelpful shoddy shop ran by loosers!

Once we lost our workshop pump worth £50 to a similar customer to above who just stole it.... ! We no longer offer free pump service
Also we are asked 10 times a day for free help i cannot afford custom like this as staff wages need to be met.
our cheapest pump is £4.99.
No customer of ours would write anything like this as our real customers are treated exceptionally well.
Anyone who would take the time to write such a review to harm others is not a customer of ours and we do not wish him / her to be one.
