Save yourself a lot of grief, avoid, I ordered a RWO Tiller-Brake over four weeks ago, within two days funds taken from my account. I have now given up hope of getting the product, they claim not to monitor e-mails but is an option under contact us, so they then ignored my cancellation. Marine Mega Store this customer service is worse than terrible. Why should I have to jump through hoops in a vain attempt to get my money back or listen to excuses. The distant selling regulations apply here, if your company carries on operating in this fashion then your future trading looks pretty grim to me.
