I had a problem with my Mamboola kayak trolley which appeared to be a manufacturing fault, but could not trace my proof of purchase date. This was not used as a get-out by Mamboola. After asking me some sensible and pertinent questions and seeing some photographs of my issue, I was awaiting a response from Mamboola and the replacement part arrived first within a couple of days and in time to enjoy the weekend on the water. No excuses, no messing about, just old fashioned, honest customer support. What a breath of fresh air. Full marks to Mamboola for their openness and fast action.
