Purchased a bike from a High Street outlet. Some weeks later after little use, discovered handlebar grip splitting. Contacted supplier who had since ceased trading and not traceable. Rang Raleigh HQ who gave me your number.
Even though you had no financial gain or obligation, you, after seeing the evidence, sorted out a replacement pair through Raleigh, within 24hours. Wished I had purchased through you in the first place, had I known about you.
