Ordered a pair of boots for my son. The money was taken from my account in super quick time. Days went by with no contact - customer service is non-existent. They take order after order, with no intention of fulfilling anything - it is essentially theft. Save yourself the stress and expense of dealing with Lovell Soccer and go direct to the manufacturer e.g. Nike, Puma, Adidas or to a reputable company like Pro:Direct Soccer.

Shocking customer service Used them for the first time in a very long time. I bought a pair of football boots. The very same boots, only weeks later, reduced by £50. I emailed to see if any sort of compensation, partial-refund or vouchers etc could be offered. Turns out it's my problem and there is no interest from them in sorting. I could send them back etc - I'm still within the 28 days, but I just don't want the extra headache. I'm posting this instead to say if you're thinking about using them, please DON'T - there is no empathy, understanding or customer service. Once they have your money, they don't care. Luckily for them they won't have to not care about my money again - it won't be spent here. Awful attempt at "customer service"! 

Supplied and paid for supposedly in “new unused condition” football boots that had been used, or tried on, or returned previously. The worst part was discovering numerous short and long strands of hair (pubic?) inside one of the boots upon opening. Boot was also laced up, unlike unlaced condition when leaving the factory. Unpleasant and unsanitary.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this company - the first pair should have been a 6.5 UK, they turned up and were a 6. I then ordered a 2nd pair, express delivery as they were urgent by this point, size 7.5 in theory. Turned up, one size 7 and one 7.5! And DIFFERENT COLOURS! I opened a case as I want my postage back and nearly a month later I'm still sending photos backwards and forwards. Its very clear I have not received what I have paid for and yet getting my money back is like getting blood out of a stone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Awful customer service. Ordered football boots, used a 10% discount code which lovell soccer provided me with after signing up with them, took my money and now are saying that they are out of stock, yet I can order them again in the same size as they are available. Don't give out discounts if your not going to honour them. Now I have to wait 5-7 days just to get my money back. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND WON'T EVEN ANSWER MY EMAILS. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Awful shop. Terrible customer service. Wrong item received but they said they have the right to send different item as items may vary.... but won’t pay return postage or refund postage already paid. £10 to return the item and NOTHING back... no exchanges accepted. Be warned.. you won’t get what you paid for.

This company do not provide the products you order! I paid for a pair of football boots that I have still not received. This company deserve zero stars as they are rubbish.

Ordered a football shirt and Lovell took payment whilst knowing they had none of the shirts in stock. Then advised they were not getting anymore stock in and that a refund will take 5 days to be returned. Will not use ever again.

I ordered 2 pairs of thermal football gloves 7th Sep,payment taken from card and advised delivery by 13th. Parcel did not arrive so have contacted them 3 times via email/website and no contact whatsoever. I am appalled by the poor customer service. I buy online all the time and have never dealt with such an unprofessional outfit-with no telephone number!! They obviously don't want you ringing to complain.

I am very happy whith this web page. It have offers and sales very well. Although of difficult to send produces to Argentina, I never have any problem with us to buy boots or clothes. I am very grateful for the Lovell Soccer's service. Good bye!

Purchasing with this company was easy and delivery was quick and as expected. Unfortunately, on arrival the boots didn't fit. I returned them and got a replacement pair within a few days. I then used the boots a couple of times and a manufacturer problem became apparent quite quickly. Lovell Soccer were easy to deal with and replaced the boots for some different ones of my choice without any hassle. On both occasions they refunded any postage costs. I actually spent more on the second pair of boots and I hope that this pair will suffice as they are a more trusted brand. I Must stress that any returns were not Lovell Soccer's fault and that they were extremely easy to deal with. A*.

Just wanted to leave review, as I used the review centre to decide whether to use this website. I was looking for a pair of football boots which were not available in my size anywhere aside from niketown and even there they were £115. I eventually stumbled upon lovell soccer. Got the boots in my size and at a very decent price of £89 added a t shirt and got free express delivery. Rang up to confirm everything and was met with a very polite representative whom then took over and completed my order. was dispatched on the spot and recieved the next day (in around 25 hours total!!) Would reccommend to any1.
