I started ordering a Real Madrid shirt in February 2014. Due to my living in Spain my credit card wasn't accepted ( no problems with any other Company in 10 years!) Eventually I transferred money to their bank account. In MAY 2014 the shirt arrived-WRONG SHIRT. I demanded a refund & held onto the incorrect shirt until received. I paid £71.99 and received only £12.95 refund with no explanation.I have been in constant correspondence with 1 particular person at Customer services who is now on maternity leave and my complaint has not been dealt with by anyone else. I am STILL waiting for my refund and still have the unwanted wrong shirt which is useless to me. When I dealt with Real Madrid Club shop 3 years ago they were excellent & I am going to contact the Club with my catalogue of errors.They should be aware of this Company's total incompetence.
