A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY GRANDSONS 4th BIRTHDAY STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED (14th DECEMBER)HAVING BEEN ORDERED 4th DECEMBER AND PAYING £6.95 FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY!
38 MINS. ON PHONE TO PREMIUM RATE NUMBER RESULTED IN A MANAGER CALLING ME BACK ON A LAND LINE NUMBER (1Oth DECEMBER). ASSURANCES WERE GIVEN THAT I WOULD HAVE A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY - NO SUCH LUCK. CALLS TO THE LAND LINE GET AN REPLY THAT DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THEY CANNOT TAKE CALLS ON THE NUMBER AND TO CALL BACK AFTER 9.00AQM THE FOLLOWING DAY, ONLY TO GET THE SAME MESSAGE. EMAILS MEET WITH SIMILAR RESPONSE, AN AUTOMATED DON'T REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS. THE ONE REPLY I'VE HAD STATED THE KIT WOULD BE DESPATCHED MONDAY LAST FOR TUESDAY DELIVER. NOW SATURDAY AND STILL NO KIT.
