“Site Shut Down!”

This is the worst online shoping experience ever! They should be Shut down for business as they don't know how to operate an online business. I placed my order on 14th of February, it's March 8th and still no sign of it. And no one is replying to my emails or requests. Most frustrating bit, they have sent the item via non trackable DHL service. Which brilliant mind thinks of that?
Never ever shop at Kitbag.com!!!!!!
