I ordered a football shirt for my son with name on the back. One wash and one letter came off, another began to peel. I called customer services who said there was nothing they could do, as they had no more shirts. The woman was SO unhelpful, I asked for the Customer Services Manager - who, in fairness, called me back within half an hour. She asked me to return the shirt and they would fix or replace.
I sent it on Tuesday 8th January by recorded - so they got in on the 9th January. I have called twice to be told that they have so many returns, there is a backlog... hmm, wonder why.
I finally got it back today - Thursday 31 January. If I was this slack at my job, I would get fired. Never again.
