Their website told me it was free delivery. Paypal told me free delivery. I'm charged express delivery at 33 GBP. I asked for a refund of shipping or cancel my order. No response apart from automated emails about shipping. By the time I get a personal response the order has shipped so they couldn't cancel it. Multiple emails sent to their nonexistent customer service, feedbag, store manager. No replies. Wiorst customer service ever. I feel totally ripped off.

What the! I got the exact same problem as you. I sent at least 20 emails and they send me the exact same bloody stupid automated reply that doesn't even answer to me question. I feel totally ripped off and upset
