“Total Dissapointment!”

I've purchased football shirts and got delivered very fast. However, the shirts were defected when I received them. It was a terrible quality. I've immediately informed Customer Service, but they don't care. They will never reply back to your complaints, even though you send them photos to show/prove the terrible quality of the items.
