Appalling customer services tried to replace a faulty folding scooter after 10 days due to a faulty washer to be accused of not tightening bolts and that my five year old son has been ' 'grinding'. Not only does he not understand the concept he is incapable of doing it. Basically these are just pathetic excuses to absolve themselves of any responsibility to the customer who bought things in good faith from them, don't make that same mistake! caveat emptor!
