My son purchased a gun in mid-March with a battery/charger which does not work. Three weeks later and after three emails sent and a call to their customer care number (an answering machine, of course) there has not been a single response or acknowledgement so I am left having to fix this elsewhere at my cost. My son of course has yet to enjoy the gun he paid for three weeks ago.
