I bought some 1 and 7/8" snooker balls for use on a pool table. This should have allowed me to play snooker on a pool table set up for 2" balls. Unfortunately these balls were oversize by 1.5mm and the balls got trapped in the table mechanism and would not return to the white ball return pocket as intended. I returned the balls as oversized and requested 1 and 3/4" balls which should have been ok. Since then, back in September, I have heard nothing and I have been unable to make contact by phone, letter or their web site. If they could not supply the requested replacement they should have refunded my payment. They did't
