Absolutely the worst retailer I have ever come across in my travels and on the internet. After making an online purchase, I received zero information, just a blank email from JDS. The next email told me they accepted my payment. No mailing information. no follow up to my inquiries as to where the item might be. Never received the item, never heard from JDS after emailing their customer service multiple times.
I couldn't even give them a half star. The owners should be extremely ashamed that they have let their business go like it has.
