Orderered item which was to be delivered by Hermes. Knew the day of delivery but not a time and had to go out for an hour unexpectedly. I didn't worry because I thought they'd put a card through the door. When I got back I stayed in all afternoon but they'd already called and didn't leave a card. Nothing the next day or the next and no information on the Hermes tracking site, just that item was with courier. Finally phoned JD who agreed to cancel the order, give me a refund and Hermes would return to them. I now have no item, no refund and no-one knows where the package is. The onus is now on me to sign a declaration to say I didn't receive item even though they know it never left Hermes. Very annoyed, very poor service from JD SPORTS and very poor service from Hermes.
Wish I'd read these reviews before using JD Sports online!
