Ordered a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago, I sent email to ask where they are they sent a reply saying they were still at the warehouse and would be in touch in 24 hours to confirm when they would be sent to me. (48 hours later) I've sent another email as I now want a full refund, im so angry, they have my money AND the trainers.
Ive Emailed a complaint but god knows how long that will be to be answered.

Almost exactly the same experience here too. Money gone, no trainers. Complete joke. Did you get your money back?
