this is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. you send them an email and they just send an auto response back. if they do read your email they let you know it could take up to seven days. paul revere could have delivered my shoes by now and im sure his horse was parched. it has been 2 weeks and i feel as if i might have to take a bath on this one. hope not, but hope is all i have left with this duchbag company. sorry but you asked for it.
