“Bullsh*t !!!!”

I ordered a t-shirt and a pair of shorts 21 DAYS AGO. YES 3 WEEKS! They said that maximum delivery time would be 10 days so on the 12th day i worte the customer service an email. They say that the normally respond within 24 hours so on the 16th with still no answer i wrote them another email. And today 21 days after i ordered i still haven't heard from them, and i have send them an third email. The money was withdrawn from my account immediately by the way. If i haven't received my package within the next few days or at least an answer from the customer service im going to the police.
