“Order hasn't arrived in over a week”

Ordered an Adidas hoodie for £20 and had to send it back for a refund/different size to be delivered. That was over a week ago and they still haven't got back to me. What a waste of money, my favourite shop as well... I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from the website or even sending the item back with the return form.
