I mainly order items online and pick them from the st Andrew store in small Heath Birmingham. After my last experience I have decided to no longer shop from JD.
The staff are extremely rude no manners at all,unhelpful which left me to complain to a manager in regards to staff's attitude problem. I just went to pick up a parcel and she made me wait 30 mins and then I asked what's taking so long and she replied back that she's busy serving and that I have to wait because I've come on a "busy time" and that i wont be served and to COME BACK on a quite day!!!
I was absolutely shocked to my amazement the manager was even worse instead of helping he just said it's jd policy I can't change it for you. Come back to pick up your items we can't serve you because were busy today.
