Ordered a Nike hoodie for my nephew's birthday on a Friday, having paid extra for the Saturday delivery I thought the item would get to him on time. It's now Tuesday and there is still no sign of it! Don't think I could ever buy from jd online or in store again.

I agree with above, i sent back shoes i brought for an exchange I have not heard anything back it has now been a month. I have sent numerous emails. I have not received a refund nor the exchange and I am at at $120 loss not to mention the cost of sending it back to them.
