Ordered a McKenzie Shoulder Bag on 7 December and received confirmation that order was despatched on 11 December advising me of tracking id number. I followed their advice and tried to track the item but received a message saying "reference number is not the correct format. Please check and try again". Contacted JDSports by email and via their online customer service form, on numerous occasions but received no response (except the automated response) to my query and no assistance. Have tried phoning them for the last two days but their phone is constantly engaged. So am at a loss now as to what to do. Shall never shop with JD Sports ever again. the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Wish I had read the Customer Reviews before I placed this order. I have given them a 1 star rating which is all that they are worth.
