Great product, service could be better

I have just received an Oxford Pool Dining table from Home Leisure. We are extremely pleased with the table and the installation team who delivered (a different company to Home Leisure). The table looks fantastic and plays really well. We had a good experience when we ordered but were told 4-6 weeks delivery. In all it took 10 1/2 weeks to be delivered and that was only after repeated phone calls to Home Leisure. Although the staff were very polite and friendly I felt the communication and information about my order was very poor. They only took notice of me after I rang about four times and kept a record of all our conversations. I have heard (by someone familiar with the business) that the normal delivery time for this table is 8 - 10 weeks and many companies tell customers a shorter delivery date to secure the order. If you are happy to wait almost twice as long as promised and happy to ring repeatedly to check on your order then order from this company. The table is fab though.
