I bought an electric golf trolley on 16 august for delivery to London EC.
Three days later no sign of the Trolley,and the shop people tell me to contact the Courier instead of doing it themselves! I finally learn from the Courier that the address they had was not mine!
Th golfshop confirmed they had messed up the address and were going to inform the Courier of the correct address....
Since then I've been calling both the Courrier and the Golfshop for any progress-with no success.Not once did I receive an email from them to inform me of the situation.
Finally I'm informed today the delivery will be on 29/08.
THATS 13 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE!!!
The golfshop's attitude has been very offhanded and unresponsive.
I'll be careful to deal with them again.
