I bought a putter 2 month ago from the store and I played once with it and I paid £150 for it and I went back swap it for another putter and they offer £20 for it and I felt insulted and disappointed because of the long journey I took to get there and felt it was a complete waste of time. But they guys in the store was very helpful with finding other clubs.

Please note that Golfbidder does not refund the cost of transport to buyers outside the UK. They are obliged to do that under UK and EU law. Still they don't. They even say so on their website (which is an finable offence). If you return a product, you end up paying the transport AND the return costs.

Purchased a Taylor Made R15 10.5° black driver. Website was easy to use. Driver was delivered to my home in less than 24 hours. Product was described as "in very good condition". In fact it was hardly distinguishable from new. Entirely satisfied with product, value and service.

They use a ridiculous currency rate from the GBP to Euro (9% higher as stand.)

It is the third time I buy a club from them.This time was a disaster,the sent me the wrong club,they do not answer my emails.I phoned them and they say I made that order,but it is impossible as I already have it.It is not worth returning the club as it is more expensive than the club. What should I do........I do not recommend them,they are not resposable of their mistakes

Golfbidder contacted me that this club was available. Ordered on a Tuesday at 2pm, delivered in France on the Thursday at 12 midday. Club shown grip/shaft/head as 7/10. It was in very good condition, nearly new, no marks on the shaft. Couple of light marks on the sole, nothing on the head. Excellent price. Would use Golfbidder again.

I have ordered several times from GolfBidder and have yet to be disappointed. The Website itself is easy to navigate, full of good 'stuff' and their ordering system and delivery service excellent. I will continue to buy from them in the future. All the clubs I ordered were in excellent condition and exactly as described.

A very easy to use service. Purchased two clubs and part-exchanged 3 others. The clubs purchased were in better condition than was expected and got a fair price for the part-ex ones. Describe your clubs honestly with the easy to use drop down boxes and a price is offered, which is fair. Yes, you would probably get a better price selling on ebay etc but there are no fees to pay and no messing about. A quick, simple operation Spot on.

this was my first purchase from golfbidder after a friend told me how easy it was to set up with them. the quality of the item i bought was far better than expected. set up was simple and next day delivery a great option. outstanding would sum up my first experience...give them a go you wont be disappointed.

Bought Callaway driver from Golfbidder. End of line club as new range by Callaway introduced but still a great club, offered new by Golfbidder at a very much reduced price. Prompt delivery and club well protected in transit. Could clearly see from website that I was buying a new club. Great service.

Ordered a whole new set after mine was stolen.. including Taylor Made R9 Irons, Burner 3 & 5 wood, Odyssey Putter and a new bag. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. There doesnt appear to be anyone who comes close to them in the 2nd golf market and I am always pleasently surpised by how good a condition the clubs are in (even when they mark them as a 6 or 7!). Highly recommended.

Just bought what will probably be my last set of irons. A lovely set of h5's which just happened to be exactly my spec. They arrived on time, were as described or better and with no issues. What's not to like?!

The Golf-Bidder service front end and ordering were good, with competitive pricing, however, the delivery side of the order, serviced by UPS, was dreadful. They broke two appointments to deliver and seemed unable to correct matters with any urgency. The product is okay; I bought it as brand new but there are a few small marks on the item. Nothing major but it looks like it's been used as a trial club in a shop for a while, so should've been rated a 9 not a 10 in the GolfBidder assessment of condition. GolfBidder need to check items a little more closely and also sort out poor service from UPS, as this tarnishes their reputation too.
