Club needed a good clean and was 'average' not 'good', I exchanged a club that was 'good' but they would probably rate 'new'. Service was good, and recommended for buying only. You can use their box to sell your own on ebay for much more money (over 3x in my case). I got a refund in due course, but the 'buy first refund later' is really a ruse to hook you in. Bought a TM bag that was way cheaper than anywhere else. So, stick to the very good/almost new, poor value trade-in,sell your clubs... (read more)

I was not impressed by the UPS comms facilities because I wanted to advise when I would be out however they delivered to my next door neighbour via a note on my door.
