It is the third time I buy a club from them.This time was a disaster,the sent me the wrong club,they do not answer my emails.I phoned them and they say I made that order,but it is impossible as I already have it.It is not worth returning the club as it is more expensive than the club.
What should I do........I do not recommend them,they are not resposable of their mistakes

Hi,

First of all sorry for his dissatisfaction. In this case Golfbidder is not to blame. We confirm that the club you received was the one you ordered, we sent you by email the product detail for you to check. In fact, when we spoke over the phone. Then, we offered you to send us the club back for a refund, we offered you two possibilities: UPS can come and collect the club (for 30 €) or by the Post (cheaper).

For the issue of no-answers from our customer service, we try to answer as quick as possible to our customers, you sent us an email on Thursday (last week) about 3pm and we replied on the same day, that is why we don't understand your position.
