Hit & miss

I recently order the cobra s3 5 wood and driver on a Sunday, very impressed with the item quality and site. However on the site you cannot change the postal side of things and had to pay £6.99 for next day delivery however I know I ordered on Sunday and accepted that it might not come on Monday and be with me Tuesday. I had a delivery on Tuesday from them and was looking forward using the driver and 5 wood I open the package only to see there was a 5 wood inside. When I rang up I got through to a member of staff who was very helpful and told him the situation he traced down the delivery and ask in the warehouse and for some reason it still hadn't be sent. He then processed another for next day delivery and I received on Thursday so it took 4 days not 1 as thay said! Apart from that I was happy with the service provided by everyone at golfbidder thay just need to either lower the price on next day delivery or provided 3-5 working days at a lower price if thay cannot get to you for the next day.
