First time user of service. Ordered club, waited in all day for next day delivery, 3.30 arrived - wrong club. Not happy.
I wasted a day in waiting for an anytime delivery,. The only delivery option is next day delivery which is great if that suits you but, it did not offer option of collecting club instead of delivery or of opting for different day delivery. This is annoying as you need to buy when you see the one you want in case it disappears, as they keep advising. Had tried calling hotline instead of using website but permanently engaged and got answer machine right up to closing time so had to use website.
Due to timescale my only option was then to return wrong club and collect correct one in person which was what I wanted to do in the first place!!
However, dispute my difficulties, the service and delivery of correct orders would make this a good company to use. They were very apologetic for their error and the club I bought is fine and in good condition for my needs.
