Three weeks after returning items, still no refund, no response from email, no return call, unavailable telephone numbers- thoroughly disgusted with this service- will not buy from again or recommend to anyone!!! Spend your money elsewhere and save the headache of this circus.

“NOT REIMBURSED AFTER FOUR MONTHS !!”

At the end of last November I made an order (order 130021) for a pair of FootJoy golf shoes, and made a money transfer, accordingly. One day later Golf Store Europe informed me that - contrary to what their website indicates - the item is not in inventory. I asked for the reimbursement of the money. Their customer service is almost inexistent and answers with enormous delays. After many exchanges of e-mails, at the end of January Golf Store Europe informs that their "financial service" indicates that a bank transfer is not possible" (sic !!) and that they send me a check (!!). Until today (10 of March 2015). No check received, and they do not answer my e-mails any more. They are professional robbers. I have read many reviews from other customers, with the same problem. It is a shame. Does anybody konw how to involve the UK authorities in this question?

“Betrayers of 283GBP”

I am still waiting for me refund of 283 GBP! Betrayers of golfstoreeurope! I used to order a lot of stuff in this shop and I always was very happy with the way they communicated with me. Now, after ordering 2 new clubs, they used my trust in them to postpone and postpone until I could not take back my money via papyal anymore! They confirmed the cancellation of my order but now they are not responding to anything. I will take them to court! Very disappointing!

“NEVER NEVER AGAIN”

I placed an order for a golf travel bag 'supposedly' to be in stock in early January and received an e-mail acknowledgement quoting dispatch within 24 hours, no contact was received for 10 days. I tried phoning numerous times only to receive a recorded message that all agents were busy, this also applied when I phoned at 9.00am, there was not even a dialling tone before the message activated. The response time to my e-mails was 72 hours but when I did received a response I was informed that delivery would be 5-7 working days, no delivery was received after 10 days so I went through the whole process of trying to contact them again, still having to wait another 72 hours, when I was told that delivery would be another 2 weeks. Note that their website stated that the bag was 'in stock' and still does. I cancelled the order and set up a dispute with my credit card company who arranged a credit within 24 hours. I suspect that Golf store Europe have cash flow problems and/or are overtrading, they take your money and it sits in their bank gaining interest to the detriment of customers. I also imagine that they are seriously understaffed and cannot cope with high business levels. At no time did this company accept my phone calls or phone me. This is the worst on line experience I have ever had, do not deal with this company and if you do, use a major credit card that offers protection and do not delay in doing this.

“Do not buy from them - the worst e-sellers!”

I ordered a club as a Christmas present on 16/12/2014, I still don't have the club, and, I can't get golf store Europe to speak to me. The club has been showing as 'in stock' through the whole process. The ordering process was about as unpleasant an online shopping experience can be - very inefficient, involving an exchange of emails over several days. They never answer the phone, if you email them out of hours you get auto response telling you to re-send during office hours (what the ...!). I am going to try and get my money back though, judging by other reviews, I'm not expecting that to be easy either! Just buy from anywhere else. Do not take the risk that you will never see your goods or money again. I just wish I had seen this review site before I ordered as this seems like a very familiar story here.

“On-line robbers”

I bought on Golf Store Europe site on the 26th November 2014 the new Titleist 915 driver, 3 wood and rescue. On the site they've indicated they had the clubs in stock and I made the payment by credit card. After having no further news on the 12th December 2014 I requested by mail when the clubs would be delivered and on the 17th December of 2014 they tell me they don't have the clubs in stock and they will be available in a matter of 5 to 7 working days. I didn't receive any more news and on the 5th January 2015 I send another mail requesting a delivery date for the clubs. On the 7th January 2015 they reply and tell be that Titleist has cancelled their order. Since than I've send several e-mails that they don't answer and today is the 23rd January 2015 and I haven't received any reply or explanation from Golf Store Europe. Now I am convinced this company is an on line robber. They publish false information on their site saying they have the goods available on stock and once they've received your money they couldn't care less. They reply to your mails at the beginning but once you loose your patience and request your money back, because the goods are not delivered, they stop answering your mails. Golf Store Europe can be described in few words- They are on-line robbers

“Do not purchase from golf store europe”

Shop elsewhere. They take your money upon placing an order and not upon despatch. their web site says products are in stock when they are not. You can't get through on the phone and they are difficult to get a refund from even when the item you ordered is not in stock. I don't need say any more - shop at any of the other golf stores who are honest and reliable.

“Very poor service”

Ordered a club 18. November that was advertised as in stock. Had an email a day or so later saying the club was out of stock but they offered an alternative or refund. I have chosen refund and wait until today for the money. (Today over 6 Weeks) And of support you get no response.

ordered a golf jacket for my son for Christmas, today we are the 05/01 the jacket is still not there and the money was taken from my visa on the 03/12 Send many email which were supposed to be answered within 48h, even after 20 days still no reply and no goods delivered Called many times but it was just answering machine asking to call later, started to ask myself question if this thing exists at all but after reading all the reviews I understand better I am going to declare them for the fraud and no delivery hopefully it will make them close down definitely

“DONT SHOP HERE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!”

Ordered and paid over £300 for goods over 3 weeks ago but have not received. Non existent customer service, no advise/emails received regarding my order and only a recorded message when you try to telephone them. No goods or refunds received even though I have sent numerous emails. Waiting for Paypal and my credit card company now to recover the funds. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

“Terrible”

Although Items were on stock none are being shipped so far. Items are just standaard and not custom fit. Theu more or less create the impression all items -when being on stock- are processed within 24 hours. Well that is a real mislead. It is said they have a Customer Service; but why do they not reply or answer their telephone? A totally mislead by purpose as so far I found (unfortunately I having placed an order) I am not the only one with this ridiculous experience. In the future: going again to my PGA-shop or a real shop in town.

“Worst Internet shopping experience in 12 years”

That's one of the most disappointing experiences I had in years of internet shopping. I have ordered golf shoes which are on stock according to web-site, paid immediately and then never heard from that web-shop again. Chased them first time - got "apologies for delay" and promise that item will be sent within 3-5 days, chased again after week -again delay, and so on and so on. Now 20 days from my purchase and payment and I still haven't got anything! Customer service never contacted me proactively to offer any other item or anything else, I had to wait 1-2 days every time I have written to them and their replies could not have been shorter. Funny enough the shoes I have ordered are still marked as being on stock @ their web-site...(and according to their web-site they should send them in 24 hours) and it's now 20 days since my order... Extremely disappointing after spending so much time waiting and chasing their customer service. Now waiting for another answer...and there's also no phone number you can call! Really don't recommend that shop. Luckily I have paid via paypal, so there're chances to get refund...

“no delivery at all”

I ordered shoes (in stock available) on the third of may 2014 (delivery time 3-5 working days). I am still waiting today 10/06/2014. The payment is already done, but still no reaction from customerservices. I already bought other shoes somewhere else because I needed them on the 25 of may. I would like to have my money back.

“Two months still no clubs”

I used this internet golf store who make many claims including shipping in 5-10 days, they also show items in stock which are not available. I placed an order two months ago, everything showed as in stock, after a few days I received an e mail that the shaft I wanted was not available and to select another which I did, a few days more pass and yet again the shaft is not available, so I specified the shaft type and make and a few days later they had it. That was 5 weeks ago. I have e mailed them several time only to receive a polite lie about the order will be sent tomorrow. The last such e mail was 10 days ago with the usual lie and guess what nothing was shipped. Their web site shows nothing but excellent reviews which I did think were true however I do see how they can be honest in view of my experience I have exercised my consumer rights to cancel the order and they have refused to provide a refund for the items which I never received, only offer me some free golf balls. Not much use if they never arrive. I am now forced to take legal action and try to refund my money through the credit card insurance. In future I will go to a real Golf store where the price may be a little more but at least I will have what I have paid for.
