At the end of last November I made an order (order 130021) for a pair of FootJoy golf shoes, and made a money transfer, accordingly. One day later Golf Store Europe informed me that - contrary to what their website indicates - the item is not in inventory. I asked for the reimbursement of the money. Their customer service is almost inexistent and answers with enormous delays. After many exchanges of e-mails, at the end of January Golf Store Europe informs that their "financial service" indicates that a bank transfer is not possible" (sic !!) and that they send me a check (!!). Until today (10 of March 2015). No check received, and they do not answer my e-mails any more. They are professional robbers. I have read many reviews from other customers, with the same problem. It is a shame.
Does anybody konw how to involve the UK authorities in this question?
