I purchased a golf club 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. They have ignored 5 emails and when you attempt to phone them you get a message saying they are having phone line problems. I believe they have gone bust - why else ignore all attempts of communication! I am now trying to retrieve my money through my credit card company! Just try and order through their phone line and you will see! Also their " ending Monday sale 15% off" has been on for 2 months now and apparently ending every Monday and Friday!!! Buy from them at your own peril!!!

Don't use these guys. I ordered a head cover as a gift and a week later it hadn't arrived. They told me it was lost in the post and they would send another. Two weeks further on and after calls and emails AMAZON who I had used to pay emailed to say the order had been cancelled. They didn't even have the good grace and manners to tell me themselves! Rubbish - don't use them!

They take your money for goods they haven't even got in stock (or probably never have had)and then send you something vaguely similar hoping that you either won't notice or will just wave the white flag and keep it. If you want to send something back, they take ages organising a collection and then don't give you a refund even when they've got the goods back. They don't answer emails and don't answer the phone. Don't fall for the lure of cheap advertised prices because they are a a rip off. Terrible is too good a rating.

Funny how all the good reviews written on same day. They will take your money and deliver nothing. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF 

Ordered a driver due to the excellent online price. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Contacted them and the guy said it was "probably lost in a flood in Birmingham", which is where the courier was based!!!! You couldn't make it up (well unless your 247 Golf). Without checking with the courier firm, he said he would send another one out! I knew then that they never had it in stock. Left it a week and again obviously the 'next' driver didn't arrive either. After a few phone calls, bloke said he would give me a refund. As it was paid with a credit card, I couldn't check if they had done it until my statement arrived a month later. Surprise, surprise...No refund!! I called again and he said "Oh, the guy has done the refund but forgot to press the enter button"!!. After 2 months I got my money back and successfully got the driver I wanted from a trustworthy company. Basically, in my opinion, they offer products at great prices that they don't have in stock. The cash then sits in their bank account for a couple of months while you go through their charade. I wouldn't buy a pencil from these jokers now. You have been warned.

ordered some ben sawyers clubs on a Monday. a week and a half later (7days late) after no emails or updates some 'power bild' clubs arrived with no invoice or anything inside ,so returning them would have been a nightmare,but I kept them as they were the same price as the ones I initially ordered however golf 247s incompetence and foolishness knows no bounds. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Had to take out dispute through PAYPAL to receive my order. Unable to contact them by phone don't answer E-Mails. WOULD NOT BUY OFF THEM AGAIN.Would not recommend.

I ordered (and paid for) 3 right-hand golf gloves. Few days later I received 3 left-hand gloves. I emailed, no response, and then phoned to be told it would be "sorted". A few days later I received a further 3 left-hand gloves! I emailed again - and again - and tried to phone but it was permanently on the recorded message directing me to email contact!! So I'm left with 6 gloves that will shortly be put on ebay to try to compensate for my initial outlay. Absolute rubbish customer service.

Ordered golf shoes for my husband, waited nearly 2 weeks then after broken delivery promises, different pair to those ordered were delivered. Spoke to them and they arranged collection on 22 July, and promised refund as soon as they had them back. STILL WAITING AND EMAILS AND MESSAGES ON ANSWER MACHINE BEING IGNORED!
