“Very poor customer service”

Order a golf bag and got a different one. Emailed them about mistake but had no response. Called them and they said a new bag will be posted and exchanged. That didn't happen. Called them again, they said they will check and call back but never did. Called them again (took me 6 different tries to get through to them), guy on the phone offered no apologies or explanation. going to get a refund now. (read more)

Club didn't arrive when they said it would, they blamed the courier, said they had sent another club, I asked for tracking number, they promised to email over, email never arrived, they didnt reply to my emails or return any calls. They did issue me a paypal refund. Dont waste your time with this company, there are plenty of good golf web sites out there, I would use those, I will never use this company again. Please save yourself the pain in dealing with these guys. (read more)

Well as I write this it has been over a month since my order and I'm still no closer to getting my goods. I've been lied too. 2 weeks ago they said they had shipped the wedges and that the carrier lost the goods. They were going to call me back. 1 week later I called them only to be told that they had the goods and promised me that I'd have them in maximum 2 days. These guys are nothing but jokers as in the other reviews they don't reply to emails , hard to contact by phone, when you do get through they tell you sorry for delay it will be there in two days, a week later nothing,ordered a month before i got my order, well it was over a month. Terrible! They do NOT deliver in 2-3 days, more like weeks. Then, when they do deliver they send the wrong things and typically, it will be the cheaper version of the item you have bought. I ordered a TaylorMade golf bag and they delivered a Titleist 2weeks later!! I tried to call them but they are never available. They never answer the phone. I ordered a golf trolley in early December which was to include a umbrella holder currantly on sale for £19.99 the trolley arrived minus the umbrella holder and on checking my credit card i found i had been overcharged,despite numerous phone calls and emails from me and many promises from them to rectify the problems i find myself nearly a month later with a incomplete order which i still been overcharged for. I ordered a pair of golf shoes which had a 2-3 day delivery promise. After waiting for 5 days I sent an email to Golf247 asking where my order was………no reply. I'm having the same problem. They claim the order was despatched 26/6 but on 29/6 can't provide a tracking number. Promised email did not arrive, phone message unanswered, online help suddenly goes offline...

I've read some really positive reviews for Golf247, now wondering who wrote them.

Just got hold of them on the phone and asked for an immediate refund... he said he will action it within the next 10 minutes. Let's see if it comes through or not.

In addition to my above comments - I also contacted UPS and they had no record of any package being sent to someone with my name - very interesting!
