Bought about £400 of camping kit from go outdoors online, including an electric hook up. The hook up was faulty/damaged on receipt and I contacted them straight away via email on 25/07 and finally got a reply on 31/07 (Sunday) asking which day they should pick the item up to which I replied Tuesday. Its now 06/08 and I have still not had another reply. Really poor customer service and what makes it worse is that its a return for a faulty item.

The prices are great on most things, which is good, but if an online business cannot deal with online enquiries in an efficient manner, then anything else they are doing well is cancelled out.

Looking at other reviews, others have had similar issues with customer service, so this is obviously an indemic problem in the organisation.

Overall very dissatisfied with the experience dealing with go outdoors and I will steer clear in the future.
