I ordered goods online on the 12/13th July , I contacted customer services as I had not received any of my order by the delivery date to be told that one of my items had been out of stock , I had received NO email to this, had I have had I would have cancelled order and went else where as One of the items was the one piece of equipment that I really wanted when going away camping.
I emailed company and received another email back 3 days later apologising
I hope this does not happen to other people but I think it is better to go into the branches ( which I could not fault) as if seems poor communication with the online ordering service
