The stores are great there are plenty up and down the country the closest one to me is Canterbury Kent the staff are friendly and want to find the product best suited to you even if that means you don't buy the most expensive thing, this makes me trust them so much more as you feel like they are on your side and they are so knowledgable about the equipment they sell.

The store is to hot in the summer and to cold in the winter but other than that an all in all great place to be with the staff being friendly and even having a joke with customers where appropriate.
