The package was being held in a delivery depot for days and not delivered nor was the status being updated. I contacted the courier and was told that it was not their problem but the originators and that I should get in touch with the originator Go outdoors. I contacted Go outdoors and they got onto the courier and got it sorted immediately. In addition because I had waited for the package for so long my delivery charge was refunded.
