Really easy to buy and straight forward with good email notifications. What let it down was the company UK mail that you use for delivery. I had to call them twice to chase as it said the order had been delivered and left in a porch. I don't have a porch and two days after I had phoned them, luckily a neighbour saw the parcels in another neighbours garden who lived on a different road and who was on holiday at the time. If it wasn't for my neighbour, I may still be trying to find out where they were. Just in time for my holiday!
