bought a tent for £125 only to fine one of the support poles bent. Not particularly high winds. Spoke to the Wakefield branch who refused to replace the pole saying this is normal. Contacted the help centre who said they weren't replacing it as it's normal for tent poles to bend.
For such a large company to replace a tent pole to keep a customer happy and returning makes me feel that they're only interested in you until they've got you money.
You only know how good a company is when you need their customer services. Go Outdoors failed massively in this department.
