I bought the Garmin Fenix 3 Silver Performance Bundle with HR sensor from Go Outdoors and managed to get it price matched for a much cheaper rate. Great right!

No, what i received was the non bundled version, well OK i called customer services and they told me they could try source me a HR sensor and send it seperatly. So i wait a few days and no one gets back to, i call them up and i'm told to keep waiting. Keep in mind i cant use what has been shipped to me. Another few days go past and i call again and i'm told i need tor return the item to get the correct item sent to me.

I'm told i can either do this buy sending it back in the post or going to one of there stores. I'm advised going to there stores will be quicker. I travel about an hour out of my way to get to closest store after work. The people there were very friendly nice and polite but they cant help me Go Outdoors have decided to remove the Item i had paid for from the website so they look at me with puzzled expressions as they try and figure out whether they have what i was after. Lo and behold at that moment there inventory system crashes. I'm told they can only refund me.. sigh.

So i'm then back on the phone to customer services who inform me that the better option all along would of been to send it back in the post.. Well at this point its 2 weeks later and i'm getting frustrated. I send the product back requesting an exchange for the the item which I HAD PAID for. I am then informed they have non in stock anywhere and they can only refund me.

So all in all, i got messed around for two weeks with the wrong item being sent. No on at customer services calls you back even if they promise they will. There is no consistency among each representative as the best course of action to take and they don't help themselves by completely removing products from there website instead of just showing them as out of stock. This alone would of saved so much headache.

I paid next day delivery for a reason and having a watch sitting there not being able to use it for two weeks was extremely frustrating. Luckily they did refund my postage but im out £5 for there 'discount card' which i bought specifically for this transaction.

Sorry for the long rant i would not recommend this store. 3/10 must try harder.
