I received my discount card with no problems, at the same time I ordered 2 sleeping bags through phone call as it wouldn't let me purchase online, was informed 3 in stock so ordered 2. However after waiting several days on them being delivered I phoned only to be told that there wasn't any in stock, when initially buying them Credit card details were taken and was assured that I had them. Hence I have only averaged you this time.
