These mats have inflated wonderfully and are extremely comfortable. They are not super-light and I wouldn't want to carry them if I was back packing but for camping trips in the car they'll be great. The slightly higher weight seems to be the only reson for their amazingly low cost. We've been using Thermarests for years and can't see anything about these that will disappoint in comparison.
