I ordered two small camping chairs where I was charged £20 for two at checkout and £5 delivery. I was thanked for my order and awaited delivery. After a long wait I emailed you to be told 3 days later you could not send my order due to no stock.
I went a log way to find a store who did have the stock. When I got to the till I was told I had to pay £30 or buy a store card for £5 and have them for £20.
Why was I charged £20 online with no store card?
When I questioned it with the sales assistant she was not interested and just keep saying do you want a store card or are you paying £30? She was very rude and just interested in me buying a store card. As I had travelled 40 miles I had no choice.
I am not happy at all with the service.
