Ordered on line, no messing around, I chose to collect from my nearest store. I could track my order from the depot to being on the delivery van and to top the excellent service they text you to say it has arrived. I only wish other companies could be as great as the service I have had from go outdoors. I think the only thing I would say bad which isn't a black mark against go outdoors is the clothing companies need to start producing a greater range of the clothing to the larger wearer.
