Why is it every time I order anything from gooutdoors in Bedford, I get an email a couple of days later telling me that the item is no longer in stock? If they can't update their stock level within a reasonable time frame, don't offer a click-and collect service. Why exactly did I pay for a membership card?

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that, and the feedback has been passed on to our Bedford store. With older lines such as clearance or sale items the last remaining stock can cause an error due to theft/damaged goods or returns. It's an issue we're certainly looking to improve on.
