As the title suggest the goods were lost by the carrier. After a week of wait Go Outdoors did establish that the goods had been lost by the carrier and did get part of the order to me next day. Unfortunately, the other item was then out of stock and could only be collected from a store. Our nearest store is 30 miles away.
