Price Match Challenge

I have read about the Go Outdoor price match and have never needed to use it cos Go Outdoor are always so good on prices but I put it to the challenge when I found a lower price for the Outwell Nevada M Awning on another website (sorry for looking elsewhere!!).

I checked to make sure that it was a comparable product and that all the criterea were met and sent my application to the Go Outdoor team.

They replied very promptly and efficiently and I waited patiently for their outcome - their reply came back with the good news that would price match and give the additional 10% as well.

I ordered the awning from them by using the Reserve and collect facility from their Wakefield store. I live in Hull so it was a trek but well worth it and my son and I got to admire the stunning area in which the store is located.

Upon arrival at store the staff were welcoming, polite and extremely efficient.

Your staff at the Wakefield store are a credit to your company and I can't wait to get away to try my new purchase out!!
